Children's & Junior Brass Bands
THE BANDS
Children's Band: students in Years 3-5 who have been playing for six months or more (approximately Grade 1).
Junior Band: students in Years 6-8, who have been playing for at least two years (approximately Grade 1 to Grade 3).
The group and grade suggestions are intended as a guide. Playing experience and standard are also taken into account.
Each rehearsal days finishes with an informal performance for parents, carers, and family.
WHEN?
We meet on Eight Sundays each academic year from 10:00am-12:30pm.

WHERE?
Rehearsals are held at West Exe School in Exeter (EX2 9JU), with easy access from across Devon and East Cornwall.
HOW MUCH?
The first rehearsal is completely free. After that, membership costs just £40 for the full academic year (six rehearsal days).
If a child joins midway through the year this will be calculated pro-rata.
